The Patrick Chege Memorial Orphanage is located in Nakuru, Kenya. Like most of sub-Saharan Africa, Kenya has been ravaged by the HIV\AIDS epidemic. The 1.5 million children left orphaned feel the devastation of the disease most acutely. The Patrick Chege Memorial Orphanage attempts to shoulder a small portion of this burden by providing a welcoming home with good food and warm beds, friendly care-givers, medical care, and proper education for a number of Nakuru's children.

Due to the escalating violence in Kenya, the Chege Orphanage has taken in ten additional children. There are now 30 children at the orphanage.
